Medium fits a bit more snugly across the chest if you have larger breasts. Also the sleeves are smaller than expected on a medium. Otherwise it fit great. The fabric is a bit more on the thin side. I got it really fie the outstanding messaging as a lifelong string musician (bassist). Playing music is mentioned 300+times in the Bible and this is just one of them.... praising Him with music-- a form of prayer and voice of the soul!
